SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Orders are processed from our Dubai head office usually within 48 hours of being received (Sunday to Thursday) except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive periods. Delivery is generally within 2-7 business days from dispatch for UAE orders excluding the periods mentioned above. International deliveries are generally within 5-10 working days. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
We currently offer a flat shipping rate domestically (excluding remote areas), international locations will vary and are automatically calculated based on weight. Orders over AED 500 total qualify for FREE domestic shipping. For remote areas, the shipping charges will vary based on weight and location. Kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. ARRYHS FZE may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. ARRYHS FZE reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Damaged in transit
All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, ARRYHS FZE is not responsible for damages incurred. If you have a problem with your parcels arrival after dispatch, you must contact Aramex with your Tracking information. Please contact Aramex for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity. If a product does not match the description on the website, you may return the item unused for an exchange of the correct product. Products received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply if the products are unopened & in their original condition. The customer needs to contact ARRYHS FZE via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect product in order to be eligible for a replacement of the correct product. After confirming claims when receiving the returned products at our warehouse, we shall then promptly re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately if the correct item is not in stock. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the products received prior to their opening.
Limited Edition items and special promotion items are considered final sale.
ARRYHS FZE is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. ARRYHS FZE reserves the right to deny a refund to products that have been previously used.
For refunds the amount will be credited via the original method of payment.
In the event that you wish to modify or cancel your order you will need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your order dispatching ARRYHS FZE. If a modification or cancellation is required please contact us as soon as possible on (971) 54 3243305 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
